Oil on canvas most probably French and 1st 1/2 20th century. The signature of the artist is barely visible as its in dark green (I can't read it). There is an inscription at the back Environs de.... (near....).

Beautiful colours and composition with blossom trees, cottage, blue sky and clouds and a stream with a bridge.

56 x 44 cm

the paint is a bit cracked particularly in the sky area, and the frame has also suffered some loss - both add this layer of charm to this piece of Art.
