The Forth Bridge is a cantilever "red" railway bridge in east of Scotland across the Firth of Forth and was completed in 1890.
Frank H. Mason (Frank Henry Mason, 1875–1965) was a distinguished British artist renowned for his maritime and landscape paintings. Born in Seaton Carew, County Durham, Mason initially pursued a career in engineering before turning to art. He studied at the Scarborough School of Art and became known for his evocative depictions of seascapes, ships, and coastal scenes. Mason's works are characterized by their meticulous attention to detail, dramatic use of light, and vibrant colors, capturing the dynamic essence of the sea and the tranquility of rural landscapes. His contributions to art extended beyond painting, as he also produced railway posters and illustrations.
