Collection of 9 vintage designs for shirts from 1930-50

A striking collection of original Art Deco design samples created for the celebrated A. Sirooni Company of New York, dating from the 1920s–1950s. Featuring delicate geometric repeats, rhythmic linear motifs and finely balanced colour palettes, these miniature works beautifully capture the elegance and modernism of the Deco era.

Produced primarily in France on commission for Sirooni New York, many of the artists behind these designs were Parisian creatives immersed in the flourishing Art Deco movement and influenced by progressive European workshops such as the Wiener Werkstätte. Intended for wallpaper, textiles and luxury gift wrapping, each design was originally hand-rendered in gouache before being mounted onto embossed presentation cards bearing the Sirooni company seal. 

These surviving samples possess sophistication — part archive, part artwork — and feel remarkably contemporary today. Their refined geometry and gorgeous palette s make them perfect for collectors, interior designers, stylists and lovers of decorative arts history.

All nine designs feature striking stripes that work beautifully framed together, creating a cohesive gallery wall perfect for a dressing room, bedroom, or any space calling for vintage elegance and geometric charm.
