Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a subscription from Natalia Willmott- Home Decor you're agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Refunds of the subscription will only be given if the service becomes unavailable.
We will ship your gifts to you or to a person of your choice. The charges stated on our website will apply. Multiple addresses will incur individual shipping charges.
We will ship within 2/3 days of your order, unless you have selected our express service. We will make sure to help you make celebration deadlines!
You will receive an email asking you if you would like to renew for another year. The subscription is for one year only and you will not be charged for another year unless you agree to it.
Damaged / Lost / Missing Goods
In the unlikely circumstance that your items never arrive, arrive damaged, or an item is missing, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible in order for us to resolve the situation (details at bottom of this page).
If you wish to receive a full refund, the item needs to be received back within 28 days from the day the parcel was delivered. The items must be returned to us in pristine condition and in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying the carrier costs (unless the item is faulty or damaged).
Depending on where you are returning your order from, you may be responsible for paying for shipping. You may also need to complete a customs declaration form and pay UK VAT (20%) due to new Brexit rules implemented on 1st January 2021.
Please note that refunds will only be given to the original purchaser.
